We collect information you submit on applications and contact forms (name, email, phone, date of birth, dietary/medical notes, and message content) so we can review readiness, prepare logistics, and communicate about the pilgrimage.

How we use it

Application data is used for acceptance decisions, retreat planning, payment follow-up, and emergency contact on program dates. We do not sell your personal information. Payment card details are processed by Stripe.
